1. Cancelling a booking

  • You can cancel a booking in the MyFixito app before the technician arrives. You pay nothing.
  • If MyFixito cancels the booking, or the technician doesn’t come, you pay nothing.

2. The visit fee

  • The visit fee is shown before you book, and again where you can decline a quote.
  • It is charged only when nothing is repaired after the technician has checked: you decline all the work, or no fault is found.
  • It is not charged if the technician can’t repair it, if he doesn’t come, or if you cancel before he arrives.

3. Quotes and paying

  • No chargeable work is done before you approve the exact quote in the app. If the work or the amount changes, you get a new quote to approve or decline.
  • You pay after the repair is done: by UPI or card in the app, by the technician’s UPI QR, or in cash up to ₹1,000. A cash payment counts only once you confirm it in the app.

4. Refunds

  • If you were charged twice, or MyFixito agrees to refund an amount (for example after you report a problem), the money goes back the way you paid: to the same UPI account or card. Banks usually show it within 5–7 working days.
  • A refund shows on the booking’s receipt in the app.
  • If you paid in cash, MyFixito Help calls you to arrange the refund.

5. 30-day repair cover

If a repair fixed the problem and the same problem comes back within 30 days, report it from the booking in the app (Report an issue). The revisit is free. If the technician finds a different fault, you get a new quote to approve or decline first.
