The visit fee is shown before you book. You pay it only if nothing is repaired: you decline all the work, or no fault is found.
Who are the technicians?
Local technicians who work with MyFixito. We check each one’s ID and address proof before he gets any job, and every visit is recorded.
What if the problem comes back?
If the same problem comes back within 30 days of a repair, report it from the booking in the app. The revisit is free.
